Welcome to Antrik. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Antrik mobile application (the "App"), developed and published by Relativ ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Spiritual & Personal Empowerment: Antrik is built with the sole purpose of supporting, enhancing, and respecting your personal journey. Our design philosophy centers entirely on providing a peaceful, minimal, and non-intrusive utility.
2. Data Privacy Integrity: Your logs, streaks, and personal entries belong entirely to you. Relativ does not sell, lease, or distribute your private logs or personal records to any third-party advertising companies.
3. No Deceptive Costs: The core features of Antrik are fully transparent. There are no hidden fees, unexpected subscription charges, or dark patterns designed to trick you into making payments.
4. Dedicated Maintenance & Updates: Relativ commits to actively maintaining the App. We regularly release performance improvements, resolve software bugs, and update compatibility to ensure a stable experience.
5. Your Voice Matters: We value developer-user alignment. Your feedback, feature requests, and bug reports are actively reviewed and play a crucial role in directing the roadmap and updates of Antrik.
6. Data Portability & Control: We respect your right to control your information. Antrik will provide capabilities for you to clear or manage your local app records, ensuring you are never locked in.
7. Industry-Standard Security: We employ modern, secure practices to store and protect any local or synchronized application data, preventing unauthorized access or accidental leaks.
8. Inclusivity & Welcoming Environment: Antrik is designed as a peaceful sanctuary for mindfulness. We guarantee a respectful, clean environment free from aggressive ads, hate speech, or inappropriate external content.
9. Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, or utilizing Antrik, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties: Antrik is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Relativ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's operation, reliability, accuracy, uptime, or suitability for any specific purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be completely free of errors, bugs, or periodic interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability: To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relativ, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data corruption, device malfunction, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your logs; or (iii) any other matter relating to the App.
12. User Responsibilities & Conduct: You agree not to misuse Antrik. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or exploit any part of the App's source code, distribution package, or assets. You may not use the App for any illegal activities, or to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful automated scripts.
13. Intellectual Property: All original content, design elements, visual interfaces, graphics, source code, logos, trademarks, and copyrightable material in Antrik are the exclusive property of Relativ. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or right to copy, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property.
14. Third-Party Services & Links: The App may rely on or integrate third-party APIs, libraries, or distribution platforms (such as the Google Play Store or GitHub). Relativ is not responsible for the privacy practices, uptime, terms of service, or policies of these external services.
15. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relativ, its developers, and operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
16. Right to Suspend or Terminate: Relativ reserves the complete right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate the App or your access to it, with or without prior notice, at any time, for any reason, including if we suspect a violation of these Terms.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Relativ operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
18. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted or modified without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
19. Changes to the Terms: Relativ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Antrik following any modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
